Our website runs on WordPress and is hosted by Hostinger. Hosting and security systems process technical request information, such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and request times, to deliver and protect the website. WordPress uses cookies for administrative login and session functions.
Contacting support
When you contact us, we receive the name, email address, product information, and issue details you provide. We use those details to investigate your request and reply. Please do not send passwords, license keys, payment details, customer records, or other sensitive information. The support form does not accept file uploads.
Requests are sent to our support mailbox through the website’s mail system. Our hosting and email providers process information needed to provide those services. Correspondence may remain in email systems and backups. Sending a support request does not subscribe you to marketing email.
Spam protection
Our support form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes browser and device information, which can include your IP address, to distinguish people from automated submissions. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Hostinger describes its practices in its privacy policy.
Product data and future purchases
Media Sentry’s image audits run on the WordPress installation where the plugin is installed. Contacting support only shares information you choose to include. Pro activation uses Lemon Squeezy to validate the license key and a site identifier. Public purchasing is not open yet; purchase and payment privacy information will be provided with checkout before sales begin.
